After 32 years, it was time to replace our roof. Although we lacked recommendations from friends and neighbors, we turned to the Diamond Certified Directory. Using it, we contacted three different roofing companies for estimates. All the companies promptly inspected our roof and provided estimates. However, Tamir and ELM Roofing stood out from the rest. In our initial meeting, Tamir demonstrated both competence and genuine concern for a job well done. He patiently explained the entire process. Once we decided to hire ELM Roofing, Tamir visited the job site daily. While Alan and his crew were already excellent, having Tamir’s guidance was reassuring. At the end of each day, the site was left clean and tidy. ELM Roofing also handled all permit and inspection processes, making it a completely hands-off experience for us.
