I had Erick at Rooter Hero come to my client's prospective home to complete a video inspection of the sewer waste line. Erick was right on time, explained the procedure to my client and me, and then completed the video inspection in a timely way. He crawled under the home to look for active leaks or other issues as well. He then went over the results with us, provided a video file for our records, cleaned up the site and we were on our way. The whole thing took about an hour, and was very reasonably priced at $260, travel time included. Would highly recommend...
