I had the pleasure of working with Prime Built Home Services! Igor and his team came to my rescue when I needed to frame a portion of my dining area to create a small office space.

I requested for General Contractors through Yelp and Angi. Igor responded he would be able to assist me with my project. I had spoken to several companies and their quotes were twice the amount Igor quoted me. Some contractors turned me down due to my project being too small of a job. That in itself blew my mind! Igor understood the simple assignment (all I needed was two walls and a door). Igor expressed no job is too big or small for his guys!

Mr. Sylvestri and his worker Mr. Jesus are masters in their trade!!! They did an amazing job with framing, drywall, and painting. They were professional, prepped area to keep dust isolated, cleaned up nicely after every visit, and communication was easy!
I highly recommend using Prime Built Home Services for any project needs! Igor is fair in pricing and the project turned out beautiful!

We will be contacting Igor when we are ready to add the ADU in the future...

Prime built home services  Team renovated my kitchen! They were very helpful and professional. Great communication and transparent every step of the way. Igor helped us pick out materials from a distributor in LA and saved us allot of money.

Igor and his team are the best! After getting estimates from a few different contractors, Prime built came back the most cost and time efficient!   We had to remodel our rental property. Prime built team was very clean and professional. The finish carpenter that installed our kitchen from prime built was magnificent. Let’s just say im glad I used prime built because they finished the job much quicker than expected. I was amazed at their efficiency and punctuality. Highly recommend...

From start to finish Prime Built did an amazing job with our home remodel. Most of our home was remodeled ( kitchen , bathrooms, floors...). Project manager igor was always available for updates and remodel recommendations and were easy to work with. The 3D renderings looked like the final product. Would highly recommend...
