Very clean, very prompt. Can't believe how fast and how well they were scheduled. No idle Time or waiting and wondering. They removed my solar panels, tore off and replaced roof in 2 in a half days. Just need solar reinstalled/ I suspect that it will happen tomorrow. My neighbor's recently had their roof replaced and it took over a month from start to finish. Received a letter from insurance giving notice of cancellation due to the roof being too worn. Neighbor recommended Dana and so I called and explained situation. He was able to come out next day, give us a quote and get it scheduled quick. We got a full roof replacement, installation of gutters and whole house fan. I’m still trying to deal with the insurance but as far as the work they did à great job and I cannot recommend them enough. New roof looks so good. Love the color we picked too. Whole team did such a great job and the work definitely speaks for itself. Well worth the money....

I highly recommend Dana for anyone looking for a thorough, professional, and trustworthy roof inspection. Dana was incredibly detailed and took the time to carefully inspect the roof and explain everything clearly. What really stood out was the honesty and genuine approach—there was no pressure to recommend unnecessary work or repairs.

The work was done properly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about doing the job right and looking out for the customer. I would absolutely recommend Dana and will definitely use their services again in the future!...

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my roof replacement by Dana Logsdon Roofing. Although the experience wasn’t perfect, the quality of the work and the professionalism of several team members made it a five-star experience for me.

Josue, the estimator, did an excellent job. He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough in measuring and evaluating my roof, and very easy to communicate with. He took the time to help clarify the scope of work.

Albert and his installation crew did a fantastic job. Albert is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and easy to communicate with. The finished roof looks gorgeous, and even my neighbor sent me a message complimenting how beautiful it looks. I really appreciate their workmanship and attention to detail.

The demolition crew also deserves recognition. They did a great job removing the old roof while keeping both my backyard and my neighbor’s backyard clean. I appreciated their care in minimizing the mess.

Owner Dana provided great support, and the office responded quickly regarding the invoice and warranty paperwork.

There were a few areas for improvement. First, on the originally scheduled installation day, I received a call that morning informing me that the crew could not start as planned. I understand that rain and extreme heat can disrupt schedules and create backlogs, but earlier notice would have been appreciated.

After the job was rescheduled for 1 p.m., the project manager and crew arrived around 11:30 a.m., while I was away, and started tearing off the roof without meeting with me first. I would have preferred that they wait until the agreed-upon time so I could meet with the project manager before work began.

I also experienced some difficulty getting clear communication from the project manager about the scope of work. The project manager eventually contacted Josue, who helped clarify things.

Finally, although I offered the workers access to my guest bathroom every day, they unfortunately chose to relieve themselves in a corner of my backyard. I would have appreciated more consideration and professionalism in this regard.

Despite these issues, I’m happy with the overall result. The roof looks beautiful, the installation quality is excellent, and the team members I worked most closely with were knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. I would give Dana Logsdon Roofing five stars for the quality of the work and the final result, while encouraging the company to improve scheduling communication, project coordination, and job-site professionalism....
