Outstanding experience and awesome job.  I worked with Mike and his team at Cobex and they were fantastic.   They were able to finish my roof in just over 2 days and I had about 5000sqft and very steep ridges, not an easy task.  Roofs are expensive, but I love the 50 year warranty,  Not only materials but labor as well., and it's even transferable once.  They actually came in the lowest bid but did a fantastic job.  Feel very happy and blessed.  Thx Mike and Cobex Construction Group Idaho.👊😎👍�...

My insurance company was going to cancel my insurance because of moss and granule loss, I called a number of roofing contractors and received quotes. Cobex was the last company I called and as it turns out should have been the first and last company I called. Junior was very responsive, he came out the next day and met with us surveyed our roof and while on the visit gave us an amazing quote for a roof with a 50 year warranty.
His crew was great, they did the tear off in one day and cleaned up and hauled off all debris.
The installer showed up next day, completed half the roof in one day returned the next day and completed the roof.
They were very neat and cleaned up each day.
I highly recommend Cobex to anyone needing to replace their roof.

Beware. A job that was originally going to cost me $3700 turned into a job that cost just under $10K. The work performed was fine, sort of. The salesman really earned his commission on this job.

We needed to have our fascias redone. He inspected my home, mentioned we had about 20 broken tiles and quoted me a price. He said the fascias were going to be white. I asked how much to paint them. He said he can get them painted along with the house around $16K. I told him we can get the house done cheaper. He said that if I provide the paint for the fascias the workers will paint them. Signed the contract but didn’t hear from the company for about two weeks.

Workers got to our home, did their inspection and lo and behold the fascias went from 70 feet needing to be replaced to 120 feet. The broken tiles went from 20 to over 100. They found a lot of dryrot. I agreed to get it fixed and handed them the paint. They looked at me funny. I informed them the salesman said they would paint the fascias as long as I provided the paint. They said it wasn’t on the work order. They begrudgingly painted them. When the work was done they left. I didn’t know they left. I went to inspect what was done and at the seams of the fascias there was some white paint (maybe a bonding agent of sort) very visible. There was about 12 seams with white “paint”.

I had exchanges with the company. They insisted they do not paint unless it’s on the order. Informed them that’s not what their salesman said. If “they don’t paint unless it’s on the order” then why did the workers paint the fascias when I provided the paint? They offered to paint the white stripes for $800. They said they would have the salesman reach out to me to discuss. GHOSTED! I didn’t expect him to call because he just screwed me.

Did they do good work, yes. Will I ever use them again, NO. The shadiness of the salesperson has driven me away from doing any repeat business. I will not recommend this company to anyone close to me...

So glad I found Cobex. The customer service was so excellent! Mike Jiang was great to work with, and he gave us such a great price. I love my new roof.
