We had a very positive experience with 5-Star Roof. The gentleman who came out for the repair was professional, communicated clearly, showed me photos of the work, and checked in throughout the process to discuss progress, which I really appreciated. Brian was our estimator and he was truly amazing — patient, thorough, and willing to work with us to make sure we got exactly what we needed done. Working with him is the reason we continued moving forward with 5-Star. He is absolutely 5-stars. The crew did a good job overall. Communication with the office was a little challenging at times, but everything worked itself out in the end. Pricing felt fair for the scope of work, and most importantly, I never felt lied to or taken advantage of. I am very happy with the work that 5 Star did for me. From the bidding process to the finish they were straightforward, kept the committments they made, patiently answered my questions and supplied two workers that were skilled and efficient. I expect my new roof to last a ling time but if there are any needs I have in the future I would def call 5 Star again...
