We couldn’t be happier with our experience with 5 Star Roofing! From beginning to end, the entire process was seamless, and every person we worked with was courteous, knowledgeable, and completely professional.

Jennifer got everything started by scheduling our bid appointment and was always available to answer questions along the way. Brian performed a thorough roof assessment to identify any dry rot before preparing the estimate, which gave us confidence that nothing would be overlooked. Natalie made the roofing contract, Go Green Loan paperwork, and project scheduling easy to understand and completely stress-free. Hector managed the entire roofing project like the true professional he is, keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish.

The roofing crew was outstanding—hardworking, respectful, incredibly thorough, and remarkably efficient without ever sacrificing quality. After the project was completed, Michael even followed up to make sure everything had gone well and that we were completely satisfied.

5 Stars for 5 Star Roofing!   These folks did a phenomenal job on our new roof soup to nuts.  From Brian coming out to give us an inspection and quote to Hector and the crew tearing off our old tile roof with the synchronized perfection these guys were great.  The company's owner Michael came out to make sure all went well. We are thrilled, thanks to all at 5 Star. Cheers!...

We had a very positive experience with 5-Star Roof. The gentleman who came out for the repair was professional, communicated clearly, showed me photos of the work, and checked in throughout the process to discuss progress, which I really appreciated.

Brian was our estimator and he was truly amazing — patient, thorough, and willing to work with us to make sure we got exactly what we needed done. Working with him is the reason we continued moving forward with 5-Star. He is absolutely 5-stars.

The crew did a good job overall. Communication with the office was a little challenging at times, but everything worked itself out in the end. Pricing felt fair for the scope of work, and most importantly, I never felt lied to or taken advantage of.

I would absolutely recommend 5-Star Roof and would specifically recommend working with Brian....
