Bryan and his team were fantastic!!! Communication was very easy with Bryan and he really worked with our schedule. We are not home often so he was kind enough to work with us on the days we were home. Everything was very smooth. The guys that came to do the work were very professional and very tidy. I recently had some stucco repairs done by Modern Builders.  Ryan gave me a good price on the estimate, his guys showed up when he said they would and did a great job. I then had them pour a new patio slab in my back yard. The guys did exactly what I wanted them to do and it came out great.
I will definitely use them again...

A huge thank you to Modern Builders!  We cannot say enough about the quality and professionalism of their work.  Nelson was absolutely fantastic and an artist at resurfacing our stucco.   He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job.
We had the unfortunate experience of having to put the project on hold for a week in the middle due to weather and Nelson took the time to take up all of the protective tarps from the ground and all the construction bits to ensure that our dog would be able to happily and safely utilize the yard during the break.  That is care!
And what a transformation!  It’s like a new home.  Our house went from an unattractive green popcorn finish to a beautiful smooth coconut finish.  Thank you to Nelson, Brian,  Isai and  the whole Modern Builders team...
