After clearing the mainline and having his supervisor scan the root cause of back up, he waived the $50 drain unclogging fee and gave us a free estimate for future use which will solve the longterm issue. 5 star to both he and his supervisor George who came in with the camera scan. Contacted Rooter Man to come out after I had horrible service with Roto Rooter and I’m so happy I found them! First off Roto Rooter sucks and their crooks! One of their plumbers came out for a clogged toilet, was only here for about 2 mins if that, did absolutely nothing, told me I would need to take the toilet out of the floor in order to get it unclogged and quoted me $685! I told him thanks but no thanks! He then proceeded to tell me no one else was going to be able to do the job and left. I was furious because he didn’t even try to do anything first before jumping to $685! And when I say nothing I Mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Not even a plunger or snake! I then called Rooter man and they couldn’t have anyone come out till the next morning which was understandable since it was already toward the evening of Sunday. Next day comes Rooter Man shows up on time and the Plumber is RALPH. He came in asked what happened, assessed the situation, and got right to work giving suggestions on what could be done. He went out got a tool and BOOM! Toilet was unclogged! All in a matter of 2 mins! He checked to make sure it flushed and checked the shower as well and everything was back up and running. Ralph was really cool, down to earth and helpful! He explained what everything was and explained how he was going to fix it! I appreciate Ralph and Rooter Man for exceptional service! Needless to say my total ended up being only $125 as opposed to $685 that idiot tried to charge me! Thanks again Ralph and Rooter Man...

Rooter Man just did a pretty large job on our home. Dan was the gentleman that oversaw our repairs. Both him and his colleagues were awesome. It’s always difficult when you’re in a position where you have a large plumbing disaster but these guys did everything they could to save us money. They’re reasonable with their pricing and honest. They were actually very fast as well and finished a day ahead of plan. Dan even let our dogs back in the house after a late night that they were working on the house. Highly recommend these guys. With our old house, I’m sure we’ll be needing them in the future. They also responded to our initial call very quickly...
