I was not familiar with Gardner when I started my search for my HVAC system. They had a good rating and I called. They responded promptly with a technician whose opinion was I needed to replace my 23 year old system. The next day their consultant/salesman came after making an appointment. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and not overly pushy. We arrived at a solution that I accepted, after my shock over pricing. They responded right away with a schedule to install my unit. I am very happy with my system. It is extremely quiet, efficient and with the included air purification/Cleaning system, IT IS AWESOME, EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH IT SO FAR.
