We knew we needed someone to take a look at a few low spots on our flat roof, so we called a few local companies to come by. We are thankful we decided to invite Golem Roofing out. Andy came by shortly after our request and spent a long time evaluating our roof. Another company used only satellite imagery, while a third didn't show up for the appointment, came by the next day, and spent about 3 minutes up there. Andy discussed our options with us: 1) repair the low spots or 2) do a full flat roof restoration on the house and garage. We went with option 2 for peace of mind and because it comes with an extended warranty. The other quotes were significantly higher and did not offer a restoration option. Andy walked us through the process, provided a detailed plan of work, and answered any questions we had about the restoration.

The work was done quickly, and I was offered the opportunity to view it throughout the process. Andy and his colleague were extremely professional throughout the process, promptly cleaned up any mess, and were respectful of our neighbors.

This was exactly the type of interaction one would hope to have with any home repair. Great communication, fair price, high reliability, and good work...I would absolutely recommend Golem Roofing for flat roof restoration, and if we ever decide to add solar or a deck, we will be sure to reach out to them first....

I am very happy with the work Andy and his team did on my flat roof project. He took the time to explain the different options available for my roof, helping me make an informed decision about the best solution for my apartment building.

Andy handled the entire process professionally, including obtaining the permit, coordinating city inspections, and arranging vendor inspections. He kept me updated on the progress throughout the project and was responsive when I requested additional work and improvements.

Worked closely with Andy who was excellent. We had evidence of a small leak in our bathroom after the most recent storm and when we called, the team sent out someone to do a free quote within a few days. Quote was reasonable and detailed with the outline of proposed work and photos of the issue. Out of all the quotes we got, Golem Roofing was the only one who insured their work which is a testament to the quality of their services. Prior to coming by Andy remained in close communication about date and time and was super flexible as we had just had a baby. Andy was timely and finished the work as promised and even let us inspect the work done. Invoice was sent via email and we are very happy we went with Golem Roofing. Would highly recommend them and will keep their business in mind should another roofing matter arise. Thank you again Andy and Golem Roofing!...
