Andy at Golem Roofing was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He gave me an estimate on a Tuesday and was already able to get the work started the following weekend. His pricing was competitive, and I appreciated how quickly everything came together.

They did a great job restoring and coating my flat roof, and the finished roof looks excellent. With the upcoming El Niño season, I feel much more secure knowing the roof has been properly sealed and protected. I would definitely recommend Golem Roofing to anyone looking for professional, fairly priced roofing work....

We knew we needed someone to take a look at a few low spots on our flat roof, so we called a few local companies to come by. We are thankful we decided to invite Golem Roofing out. Andy came by shortly after our request and spent a long time evaluating our roof. Another company used only satellite imagery, while a third didn't show up for the appointment, came by the next day, and spent about 3 minutes up there. Andy discussed our options with us: 1) repair the low spots or 2) do a full flat roof restoration on the house and garage. We went with option 2 for peace of mind and because it comes with an extended warranty. The other quotes were significantly higher and did not offer a restoration option. Andy walked us through the process, provided a detailed plan of work, and answered any questions we had about the restoration.

The work was done quickly, and I was offered the opportunity to view it throughout the process. Andy and his colleague were extremely professional throughout the process, promptly cleaned up any mess, and were respectful of our neighbors.

This was exactly the type of interaction one would hope to have with any home repair. Great communication, fair price, high reliability, and good work...I would absolutely recommend Golem Roofing for flat roof restoration, and if we ever decide to add solar or a deck, we will be sure to reach out to them first....

Used Golem to seal up our commercial flat roof. Andy did a great job and was really thorough. Great communication and the price was good compared to other quotes I got for the similar job. I would defiantly recommend them!...

Andy and the team were incredible! A complete roof replacement was a daunting task for us as new homeowners. Golem Roofing made the process feel safe, easy, and fair. I can't say enough good things about them: respectful, kind, transparent, and the quality of the work was fantastic. They've earned my business for life, and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone who owns a roof....
