I am very happy with the work Andy and his team did on my flat roof project. He took the time to explain the different options available for my roof, helping me make an informed decision about the best solution for my apartment building.

Andy handled the entire process professionally, including obtaining the permit, coordinating city inspections, and arranging vendor inspections. He kept me updated on the progress throughout the project and was responsive when I requested additional work and improvements.

My wife and I just purchased our forever home. We learned that we needed a new roof. We looked up a few companies, and we decided to go with Golem Roofing. They were able to help with all our roofing needs and help keep us within budget. Andy, Dmitri, as well as their whole roofing team were so friendly and professional. They kept us informed throughout the whole processed, took many pictures, and finished in the time that it was promised. We are so happy with their work. Andy was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was always kind, responsive, and extremely accommodating. He took the time to listen to every one of our concerns and made sure each one was fully addressed.

One thing I really liked was his upfront, easy to understand and very detailed estimate. We got a clear understanding of the work and prices.

Our roof had several leaks, and Andy and his crew completely redid the roof and added new gutters around the house. Throughout the project, his crew was very respectful — they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and swept all debris around the property.

We also had a lot of unforeseen wood rot that needed to be replaced, and Andy was honest about it and gave us a great deal on all the additional work. He was professional, transparent, and easy to communicate with the entire time. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend Andy and his team...

Worked closely with Andy who was excellent. We had evidence of a small leak in our bathroom after the most recent storm and when we called, the team sent out someone to do a free quote within a few days. Quote was reasonable and detailed with the outline of proposed work and photos of the issue. Out of all the quotes we got, Golem Roofing was the only one who insured their work which is a testament to the quality of their services. Prior to coming by Andy remained in close communication about date and time and was super flexible as we had just had a baby. Andy was timely and finished the work as promised and even let us inspect the work done. Invoice was sent via email and we are very happy we went with Golem Roofing. Would highly recommend them and will keep their business in mind should another roofing matter arise. Thank you again Andy and Golem Roofing...
