I scheduled an appointment for diagnostic services for my A/C between two and four. The technician texted me regarding parking. I called him a couple of times to see where he was, but he did not answer. The company called me, and I called the company back and no one answered. I texted the company. I did not get a response. I did not see the technician on the street, so I texted him. Then, he responded that he had been dispatched to another location. I suspect that the technician did not answer his phone because he had already left because of the parking inconvenience. This technician could have parked on the street, and then asked me for a better parking spot if that is what he wanted. I would have let him enter guest parking within the building. A parking inconvenience should not be a reason to ditch a waiting customer. What is worse is the lack of reliable communication. The communication process became mangled with text messages and calls from different employees who did not answer their phones. I seldom leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating...
