Advantage Air installed our HVAC system years ago and did a fantastic job. Recently they did a service and repair on the AC unit after 7 years of wear and tear and again did a wonderful job and got us back up and running quickly. All of their employees are friendly and knowledgeable and they have excellent customer service. I've recommended them to several of my neighbors and they've done great work for them as well. Had advantage air install a new evaporator coil after doing a system pressure test and locating a leak there. Worked with owner, Milan, and technicians, Juan and John. Milan was transparent and open with pricing and timing with the install, got it done within a week after finding the issue; he came personally to talk about it. I have purchased their annual membership program to service the A/C and heater and it is a great way to maintain your machines. This company texts you reminders for an upcoming services and though my membership has expired due to negligence on my part, they extended the membership and sent a technician out. The technicians are great and knowledgeable and respectful. They suggest further services when needed but never too pushy. I recommend this company. Stacey in the office is helpful...

I scheduled an appointment for diagnostic services for my A/C between two and four. The technician texted me regarding parking. I called him a couple of times to see where he was, but he did not answer. The company called me, and I called the company back and no one answered. I texted the company. I did not get a response. I did not see the technician on the street, so I texted him. Then, he responded that he had been dispatched to another location. I suspect that the technician did not answer his phone because he had already left because of the parking inconvenience. This technician could have parked on the street, and then asked me for a better parking spot if that is what he wanted. I would have let him enter guest parking within the building. A parking inconvenience should not be a reason to ditch a waiting customer. What is worse is the lack of reliable communication. The communication process became mangled with text messages and calls from different employees who did not answer their phones. I seldom leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating...
