Kalka has by far the best customer service from the schedulers to their technicians. We use them for all our heating, air and plumbing needs. Initially Zach came over to do a water flush on our water heater today. He advised that we were close to 10 years from the last time we upgraded. He was very detailed and transparent on what needed to be done. We felt comfortable moving forward with his suggestion. Christian came to assist as no one was expecting to replace a water heater today. Zach and Christian took their time and were incredibly meticulous and detailed. They explained every step along the way and didn’t leave until our and even their own expectations were met. Thank you both for being so personable and professional. Zack arrived ahead of the appointment time for a descale service and ended up installing a new disposal, pressure regulator and supply line. Thanks to Zack’s observation of the water pressure on the water filtration system, he identified an important issue that needed immediate attention.
