AQS Heating & Air Conditioning

We have done business with AQS before, they had to replace our AC unit on the side of the house a couple years back. This time it was the Furnace and Evaporative Coil unit that has lasted for 23+years, lucky us. We call the company on July 3rd for a service call but they were very busy because the weather was extremely hot and it was a day before a holiday we couldn't get them until Friday, July 5th, we hung in there. They came out Friday and told us what the problem was and what parts needed to be replaced and that they won't be able to repair the system until Tuesday, they were so nice and professional they left a large cooling fan that kept us very cool during the hot days. They came out Tuesday and started taking out the old equipment and installing the new equipment. The two young men that came out were Cameron and Greg, they had great work ethics and they were so professional and nice, they took their time just to make sure they were doing things right. Also, If I had any questions they were quick to answer and explain everything in detail. I felt very bad for them because it was hot this day (IE was 100+) we provided water and sodas as much as needed to stay hydrated, they hung in there very well. Cameron and Greg stayed until the job was completed and 10.5 hours later they had the job complete. The area they worked in was left very clean and the old equipment was taken away. If I have any other AC/Heater issues in the future I will be calling them. I would "highly recommend " AQS for any Heating and Air Conditioning problems, you won't regret it! AQS Heating and Air just did an excellent job of getting my old 1996 Goodman roof top AC unit to work properly again. Zack, the diagnosis technician, found the problem rather quickly. He is a very knowledgeable person and explained everything to me in terms that I completely understood. Cameron and his crew, the installation technicians, were back 2 days later with the parts and the unit is working perfectly again. All was done 2 days ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend AQS and crew to anyone needing AC work. Awesome job !!!...
