I want to thank both Chris Gilpin and Deven Castaneda for a great experience in getting my roof repair and new gutter installation done within the quote agreed upon.
Both gentlemen were very responsive in providing me updates in the work schedule due to unpredictable rainy weather, and trying to keep on schedule.
There were 3 phases required in my roof repairs, and all were completed professionally. They have a wonderful group of hardworking men under the leadership of Edwardo, Lucio and Mike.  They too were available to answer questions and provided professional workmanship.

Thank you for the great experience and ensuring I was satisfied.

I got 6 different quotes before i selected pristine roofing. I matched up materials being used for the job, workmanship warranty & warranty for the materials being used for the job, as well as the price. Pristine roofing has already done 3 other roof jobs for other friends of mines & all of them are completely happy with the work. In my honest opinion pristine roofing is beating out all other contractors in this area not just on price, but on materials being used for the price, customer service & satisfaction as well as warranty. My project manager was Devin. From beginning to end he kept me fully informed & advised me immediately of any & all changes or possible changes. His crew that did the work are very hard working, very respectful & everyday clean up any & all mess. These guys definitely deserve a raise or at the minimum a bonus. For they are the backbone to this company. I would definitely use pristine roofing again & i will definitely recommend them to everyone i know.🇺🇸�...

Chris was extremely helpful during the roof inspection. Gave great details about the issues and had no problem being patient with me. Made the process quick, smooth, and enjoyable. McKenzie also was great when scheduling and answering questions getting back to me with information after double checking everything was correct...

We’ve worked with Pristine Roofing on two different homes and couldn’t recommend them more.

Their response time is fantastic—they were out within a day of my call, both times.  Chris was absolutely invaluable throughout the process. He patiently walked me through the issues, showed me exactly what was going on with our roof, and explained everything in terms I could understand. When I was unsure what to do with our existing tile roof, he gave multiple options and honest guidance about what he would choose given our plans for the home.

Once the project started, the team was extremely detail-oriented, communicative, and coordinated our solar removal. What impressed me most was how incredibly clean they were. We have young kids and a dog, and they walked the property with a magnet every day to pick up nails. I truly couldn’t believe how spotless they left everything.
