Review highlights

Roof replacements in Hanford, including steep cedar shake tear-offs and nine-skylight installs on homes other contractors would not quote. Chris walked the roof and outlined fascia and skylight repairs with detailed options.

I just experienced the best on site estimate process for a full roof replacement with upgrade options. Chris and Bobby set any uncertainties or concerns about specifics and many things I did not understand at ease. Literally laid out on the table with comprehensive knowledge and an answer for every question. This is the type of company that gets it done and truly works for the customer , as well as working with the customer. When a team like Chris and Bobby approach a potential job and customer with this type of dedication and commitment, it’s a no brainier that I’ll be utilizing them for the job. If you’re a vibe and trust your gut instinct individual, you’ll hopefully and most likely have an excellent feeling that you’re making the best choice. There’s no sales pitch or awkward on the spot decision making. It’s a very formal/professional and friendly experience start to finish. As I stated previously, they’re here to work with you through the entire process with that comprehensive knowledge and expertise that translates well for any level of need. They truly want your business, but more importantly they have proven that your needs and wants are their top priority. I highly recommend! The estimate is free of charge and free of any preconceived stress you may have about addressing your roofing concerns or issues. Nothing to lose and much to gain....

I want to thank both Chris Gilpin and Deven Castaneda for a great experience in getting my roof repair and new gutter installation done within the quote agreed upon.
Both gentlemen were very responsive in providing me updates in the work schedule due to unpredictable rainy weather, and trying to keep on schedule.
There were 3 phases required in my roof repairs, and all were completed professionally. They have a wonderful group of hardworking men under the leadership of Edwardo, Lucio and Mike. They too were available to answer questions and provided professional workmanship.

Thank you for the great experience and ensuring I was satisfied.

I had a great experience working with Chris. He was honest, upfront, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s not often you find someone who truly puts their customers first, but Chris definitely does. I highly recommend him!...

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pristine Roofing
, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. They provided high-quality shingles (Certainteed Landmark Solaris asphalt shingles) to replace the damaged ones under the AC pad, that not only look fantastic but also promise to last a long time. They also replaced the damaged plywood under at the eaves, all at a very reasonable price.

What truly stood out to me was the personal touch I received from Nick. He was incredibly polite, ensuring that all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the project. His caring approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

If you're in need of roofing services, I highly recommend Pristine Roofing. It's truly beyond 5 out of 5, A+ experience! Thank you for making my home look great and for taking such good care of me!...
