Northern counties roofing systems is an amazing company! Adam was so polite, patient, and so professional with my interest in getting a new roof. From the beginning this company took the time to work around my schedule answer any questions that I had and educate me on all the different opportunities that we could take to make my home safe. Out of all the other estimates and other companies that I have talked to before, Northern counties roofing systems were the only ones that right away had All their ducks in a row when it came to inspecting my home and coming up with an estimate. Any question that I had was already listed and presented to me with thorough detail of every part of the procedure that they would do when removing and installing a whole new roof system with gutters. The timing was also perfect and even with unpredictable weather they made it perfect! The quality of their team's work was so intentional and done with high quality skills. Even after the removal of my roof with a couple hidden surprises they were able to do a removal and full installation with seamless gutters in less than 3 days! Just before the next rain came! After each day I was able to access daily pictures that were uploaded of their progress in the work which was amazing to have. Their team was so careful and considerate of their preparation and their cleanup of their materials every single day!!! Like I am telling you This company and their team cleaned up every little speck of debris it that dropped from my roof around my house every single day before they left!! I love that This company didn't try to upsell  me or push me for what I didn't need, only cared about the safety and doing things properly up to code! I also appreciate that this company had a very easy financing option that gave me options for a reasonable financing plan fit to my needs and that They work with finance companies that Do not penalize a borrower for paying off a loan early, So that means I can pay off my roof even faster without being penalized! Plus I got a great deal and I got to choose my finance option myself. This whole process was very easy very professional and just overall such a blessing...

Been waiting for a couple of months to get this review posted, as we were wanting to put the finished job to the test.  After experiencing a couple of good size storms bringing plenty of wind and lots of rain, we are now able to rest easily knowing our new roof consisting of Certainteed Landmark shingles installed on our manufactured home and the other  work that was performed on both the front and back patio roofs by Northern Counties Roofing, have made it through without a hitch, to which we are very pleased.  During the installation process, we did however have a couple of concerns we pointed out, but Joel the owner, addressed them quickly and also assured us that if any future issue should arise, we could call him and he would be back out to take care of it, as he guarantees and stands behind his work.  Hopefully, with the quality of both workmanship and choice of roofing product, it will stand the test of time against the elements and brings us many more years of service...

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this roofing company. Despite a frost delay (Mother Nature tried), they still finished the job ahead of what I anticipated, which immediately put them in my good graces. From start to finish, the crew was professional, polite, and respectful of my property and they actually cleaned up at the end of each day, which shouldn’t be impressive but somehow always is.

A special shout-out to Joel, who truly went above and beyond. He took the time to explain exactly what we were getting and why it was needed, without ever talking down to us or trying to upsell. We have a larger home with a steep-pitch roof that made other companies visibly nervous and mysteriously caused their quotes to skyrocket. Joel, however, kept the pricing honest and fair, no panic pricing, no corner cutting.

They also tackled our absolutely atrocious gutters (I’m embarrassed to admit how bad they were) and fixed broken ones at no extra charge, which was completely unexpected and hugely appreciated. After the roof was finished, they even came back to handle touch-up paint for areas we won’t even see because apparently they don’t believe in “good enough.”

I got exactly what I wanted for a price I was comfortable paying. After getting probably six quotes, theirs was by far the most reasonable and somehow also the best experience. If you’re looking for quality work, fair pricing, and people who actually do what they say they will, this is the company to call...
