Putting on a new roof is a daunting project, but Bay Valley made everything a breeze for us! The process started with a thorough inspection, and then a very comprehensive video chat with Nathan, who explained all the options clearly and answered all our questions. Nathan was very knowledgeable, really listened to us, and helped us choose the best roof design for our needs. We received a comprehensive quote, and then Ryan took over to get our job scheduled ASAP. Ryan was very attentive to our project, both on site and over the phone. The work crew was punctual, polite, and took great care to clean up after themselves and treat us and our property with respect. And they did great work! We are so happy with our new roof and gutters, and highly recommend Bay Valley Roofing...

Outstanding experience overall.  Nate was fantastic in the proposal and quoting process, clearly presenting the work to be done and representing the company very well.  Ryan did a great job of managing the project while the work was done.  The roof looks great and was done quickly with good cleanup of the property afterwards.  Would recommend this company for their quality and service...
