Putting on a new roof is a daunting project, but Bay Valley made everything a breeze for us! The process started with a thorough inspection, and then a very comprehensive video chat with Nathan, who explained all the options clearly and answered all our questions. Nathan was very knowledgeable, really listened to us, and helped us choose the best roof design for our needs. We received a comprehensive quote, and then Ryan took over to get our job scheduled ASAP. Ryan was very attentive to our project, both on site and over the phone. The work crew was punctual, polite, and took great care to clean up after themselves and treat us and our property with respect. And they did great work! We are so happy with our new roof and gutters, and highly recommend Bay Valley Roofing...

I highly Recommend Bay Valley Roofing.  They explained everything very well.  Were professional, efficient, did not leave a mess behind, and the job appears to be well done & extremely effective. We just had an atmospheric river dump on the Bay Area, and I saw no evidence of water traveling anywhere.  They took a ton of pictures through every step of the process, so I could see what they were doing. The project managers answered every email, text and phone message as promptly as one could expect.  This has been one of the best "contractor experiences" I've ever had...
