We were delighted with the inspection/estimating process, pricing, documentation, professionalism and service provided by Roof Repair Specialist in Burbank, and would recommend to others.  :-)  Our flat roof in Eagle Rock needed some touch ups; Eric B. arrived to initially inspect and photograph our roof, and explained what work was necessary. He provided a thorough estimate and was easy to reach when we had questions regarding the job (throughout the process). Jose and Jesus completed the work and also took photos to show us the final result. This company also extended us the courtesy of completing the job in a timely fashion, which we greatly appreciated. As it was my first time purchasing a new roof, I set up appointments for multiple estimates. Noah from Roof Repair Specialists won my trust from day 1. He did a thorough assessment of my old roof inside and out with pictures, videos, and tests. He then explained to me in detail specifically why I needed to replace my roof and gave me multiple options at a reasonable price. Furthermore, Noah reassured me that this company is trusted and above board. Honestly, a good human who is good at his job.
We ended up moving forward with the new roof. Roof Repair handled everything withe the inspectors and made everything as smooth as one could possibly make it. The project manager Eric gave me his phone number and was always available to me. Eric was so helpful and immediately took care of anything I needed no matter how small. They finished the roof on my 1000 sqft home in 3 days and it is beautiful.
I couldn't have expected better service and price across the board. This Burbank business is top dog on my opinion...

The employees were very kind and worked efficiently with time. I believe they finished my entire roof 2 days earlier than expected.
