Just got my exterior siding and stucco refinished by Ocean Home. My house in Lakewood was having a lot issues with termites. I had repainted the siding before but it was just better off getting replaced. Chris came out gave me a good price and got job done in 7 days. I would call these guys for any exterior siding work! Turns out there are good door knocking companies out there. After having such a bad experience with several other construction companies who coming knocking on our door. I didn’t want to give one more a shot.

Most of these companies try pressure you into signing on the spot at really outrageous pricing.

But Victor came by and knocked on our door. Seemed like a cool dude so I figured why not..

Had a completely different guy come out, Chris & he did a full exterior inspection. Checked the roof and our siding. Roof was new so I knew nothing was wrong with it. he was honest about it and said we were good on it. Didn’t try to scare me about repairs.

But I knew the siding needed work. We went over our different options. We wanted to go with James Hardie but for us the pricing didn’t justify doing it. It was going to cost more than $28k . Great product and I wish we could’ve done it but it was out our budget.

Chris suggested the next best thing which was to sand and paint what we had using their special exterior coating Tex-Cote! Honestly great product and team. Pricing was very fair! I highly suggest you give this door knocking team a try. There’s good ones out there...

Ocean Home Construction helped us with some much-needed stucco repair and exterior wood siding restoration in Buena Park, and the difference is night and day. The bottom of our garage and siding were cracked, peeling, and falling apart, but their crew fixed everything up perfectly. They repaired the damaged areas, patched the stucco, and gave the exterior a smooth, clean finish that blends right in with the rest of the house.

The team was easy to work with, showed up on time, and paid close attention to detail — no shortcuts. It’s hard to even tell where the repairs were done now.
