I recently got major work done on my historic home. They totally botched the job and ghosted me and left me with a total mess. I hired a licensed electrician to do a full attic insulation abatement/cleaning, full electrical re-wire, and replace my AC because it broke unexpectedly. After over 8 months(which was supposed to be a three week job) I am left with a (still) filthy attic, dangerous wiring that looks like a 5 year old did it, damaged ceilings from his guys walking on my lathe and plaster instead of the beams, broken cracked walls from negligence, crushed and broken metal HVAC ducts, water damage on my kitchen and dinning room ceiling from the AC being poorly installed and leaking, and a whole mess that needs to be fixed. I’ve had open walls and no insulation and a new AC leaking air all summer. So…I need to start over in order to remedy this. First step is actually getting the attic cleaned so we can fix the electrical and make it safe enough to install insulation in the future. I reached out to Eco after a neighbor recommended them. Daniel came out to review the attic cleaning/insulation removal and took one look at my crazy wiring and after I let him know what happened, he recommended their electrician to look at it. Francisco came out today and was so nice. He was willing to take a look at it and take on the big task of fixing the horrific mess I was left with. He understands the delicate nature of a historic home and was enthusiastic about bringing her back her former glory. I appreciated meeting him so much and am grateful to Daniel for being so helpful while I’m dealing with this nightmare. Going to wait on the quote and hopefully get their help to get this fixed...
