William Sette says: „After making appointments with no less than a dozen roofing companies over the past year, I narrowed down my choice to three of those twelve companies. Of those three companies I asked each representative to bring me samples of certain colors of roofing materials. The one representative who went out of their way to accommodate me promptly and professionally was Luke Phelps of Real Roofing. In addition, since my home was a vacation rental, I needed some extra care to make sure clean-up on the property was a real focus. Luke came through and told me they would cover the entire backyard, the pool, bushes, artificial turf, putting green, and Spa. Since you cannot really tell what the color and style of a particular roofing shingle would look like unless you see an entire completed roof on a home, I also asked Luke if he could send me addresses of homes that were roofed in the color I had chosen. Luke of Real Roofing complied with some addresses, while the other two companies informed me they could not accommodate my request. Real Roofing not only came through with addresses, but their estimate and contract was 18 pages long and was complete in every detail. The other estimates and contracts were only a few pages. Luke even allowed me to make changes to the contract to include some extra details such as covering my complete backyard. Most importantly, his price was well within a reasonable range. I also requested from Luke that he send their best roofing team and foreman to do my roof. Luke again complied and scheduled Foreman Juan Chavez. Juan directed his team to do everything possible to ensure the highest quality workmanship, right down to replacing any faulty plywood, and using 6 nails in every shingle. I also had areas on my roof where I had heavy runoff. Luke informed Juan about the areas and the first day Juan showed up on the job, Juan explained to me how he was going to design the flashing to ensure the runoff would be directed away from my fascia and overhang. Since my home was a vacation rental, Juan understood clean-up was imperative. Any nails left on the property would be cause for alarm should a guest step on one. So, Juan took special pains to go over the property multiple times with his team to make sure no nails or roofing debris was left on the property. A bonus with Real Roofing was the fifty year GAF shingle and labor warranty. When time comes for roofing my private residence, you know I’m going to use Real Roofing.
