Their process was detailed and provided clear options with up front pricing. Update to this review: after a year with inconsistent water temperatures we consulted another plumbing company. They pointed out some insulation errors and aren’t willing to work on the system as is. I contacted cactus for a partial refund as I don’t trust their work. They stated that we should have contacted them within 3 days of issues. I’m not a plumber and was paying for plumbing expertise to install correctly. I would suggest shopping around before using them...
