Dan the site estimater was thorough on estimating my roof repair. He explained to me the whole process. The site job manager Patrick was great ensuring the job was on track. My Reimagine Roofing experience has been a positive experience from start to finish. I first met with Eric Jacobsen he walked me thru my options and explained every step in the process. Eric was super knowledgable & honest. I felt well informed & very confident moving forward. During the repair process I received daily progress updates & daily photos. Couldn't be happier with the complete re-roof they did on my 3BR, 1900sf house in Yuma, Az. As a General Contractor Superintendent, I have watched roofers work for 30+ years and I'm not an easy guy to please. Out of 4 bids I received, Reimagine was not low, but their initial inspection, estimate, sales communication, and thorough scope of work & contract write up impressed me so I gave them the job. I took the day off to stay home and keep an eye on them as I am skeptical by nature with workers I do not know. This crew of 6 workers and 1 foreman showed up at 7am, did a complete tear off, replaced 60 feet of fascia board, new ridge vent, (2) new whirlybird vents, all new edge metal & vent flashings, new cricket behind the chimney, asphalt shingles and were DONE and CLEANED UP by 7pm. Their attention to detail and quality work were top notch. Definitely got what I paid for and I am happy to recommend them...
