Richaard performed my initial inspection and was very thorough and professional. His recommendations led us to getting a new HVAC unit which we had been putting off way too long. Tyler helped us make the right choice and had it fully installed within 2 days. Amazing! The technicians that did the install in one day were great and didn’t stop working until the job was finished. They made sure everything was clean before leaving and helped me set-up the thermostat app. I’m super satisfied and recommend North Valley to everyone...

Williams installed our AC unit in May 2023. They have since been acquired by North Valley Mechanical. We had them out recently for an annual inspection. They advised us the unit was installed improperly (wrong elbow and stand) and they are not willing to correct it. Today they advised us that they did not buy Williams AC but they sent me a letter Feb 29 2024 stating they "joined forces" with Williams and "William's is now North Valley Mechanical". So they are lying about their business relationship. heads up for anyone with a Williams installed unit...

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. I recently bought a new home and was having problems with my AC system, I called them and they immediately got me on the schedule and the gentleman that came out was amazing. I was so pleased with the service that I received, I immediately signed up for their yearly maintenance. They truly treat you like you matter and, take the time to answer all of your questions and explain things to you. This is truly not something that you find very often anymore with companies. They will forever be my HVAC company...

100% Completely Satisfied! We contacted North Valley Mechanical in January of 2024 to assess our HVAC system. Our upstairs would be incredibly hot, while our downstairs would be ice cold. Once Kyle W. showed up and took a look at our system, we knew we were in good hands. Kyle was extremely patient with us as he explained every option that we had open to us. He let us know what we HAD to do, what we SHOULD do and what we COULD do to prevent any issues in the future. Kyle was incredibly helpful at actually explaining our current system setup to us and why it was incorrect and not performing like it should. We decided to have everything taken care of correctly, so that our HVAC system would function 100% properly. The team that was responsible for removing our old system in the attic(including ductwork) and replacing it with the new system was nothing but professional, courteous and really seemed to work well together. We really hope the owner of NVM reads this so he can acknowledge the team of Kyle, George, Xavier, Carlos and Bret for being such an outstanding face of the company. We will continue to recommend North Valley Mechanical to our clients, family and friends...
