All communication with him has been prompt and he has let us know which documents to expect and when and has followed through with every step. He has also been able to arrange for several additional viewings for us to see the house as we make arrangements, which really is going the extra mile. All in all, we couldn’t be happier to have found Josh, and can honestly say he has made what is normally a very stressful and long process into something actually enjoyable.
