We had a pretty gnarly hail storm pass through back in March. I was extremely hesitant to file an insurance claim and even more hesitant to start making phone calls to the MANY roofing companies that had left business cards and flyers at my door. I figured I would wait a while and decide on a contractor based on my neighbors experiences. It didn’t take very long before RIDGECAP got started on one neighbors house…and then another…and then another! Soon Ridgecap would be doing my next door neighbor’s house. That’s when I met Evan, the guy in the white Toyota tundra with the Ridgecap business wrap and ladder rack that had been sharing a friendly wave each day as our paths crossed. He was on his way to help my next door neighbor pick out a shingle color when I introduced myself and picked his brain on particular shingle brands and colors. I was at ease when I realized Evan had been in the roof trade a while and wasn’t just a salesman. We set up a meeting, Evan coached me through the insurance claim, and scheduled a construction date. The construction crew installed my roof in one day and picked up every single nail, shingle, and construction debris. They left my place with no indication they were even there. Top noch group! Worked with Ridgecap for quite a few months going through the process.  Eric was very patient as we dotted our 'I's' and crossed out 'T's'.  All along the way Ridgecap employees were very helpful with repairs needed and assisting us with the insurance claims process.  We received a detailed estimate in writing that we reviewed and approved.  We knew ahead of time exactly what was going to be done and the cost of the repairs.  We had our roof and gutters replaced.  The work was scheduled and executed flawlessly.  Particularly impressive was stripping and cleanup of the existing roof.  They put down tarps around the entire house, covered all plants, AC units etc.  The stripping and cleanup of the roof took around 3 hours or so with little to no debris left around the house before they started to install the new roof. This was our first roof replacement and had been told by several neighbors to prepare for a nightmarish experience, but Ridgecap provided just the opposite.  Excellent...

I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with Evan! He came out multiple times to deal with our insurance company and their shenanigans. He was always available for questions and dealt with any problems from the insurance company. I would HIGHLY recommend Ridgecap and in particularly Evan for your roofing needs...

Evan at Ridgecap has gone above and beyond to help me through the last year of storm repairs with my home. He was clear and honest and patient and devoted to helping me complete our repairs. He communicated again and again with my insurance company until questions were resolved.
