Sam is professional and really knows his industry.  He communicates well and is very responsive.  He made the process of replacing my roof something I could feel good about.  He took all the time needed to make sure I understood the various roof components, how they work together and that I was selecting the best color for the look of my home.  The entire team was great and with Sam keeping me informed at every step, I couldn't have asked for more.  Highly recommend and will not hesitate to call on Sam and Midcon Exteriors again should the need arise...

We have an older mid century ranch style home and these guys did a great job with roof, flashing and fascia installation. They left no mess and are very solid with communication through the process. Since this was an older home and needed extensive sheeting work done due to the minimal slope, it was a fair price for the extra materials and work. After the first heavy rain we noticed a wall had warped and Midcon came to follow up, fixed the flashing and fully repaired our wall within the week. These guys are honest and make things right to make sure the finished project is 100% satisfactory. I will be letting others know about Midcon and the elite level of professionalism they achieve from the start of the project to the end. Absolute bosses at the home exterior game...

The overall experience with Midcon was fantastic. I booked an appointment online for a quote and was contacted the very next day. Marvin and his team arrived on time and thoroughly explained all things roofing to me to ensure I had all the information to make the right choice for myself! The installation went very quickly, and the team did a great job cleaning up and making sure my property was left in better condition than when they arrived! Marvin even sent me videos as the day progressed so I can see the work up close! I highly recommend Marvin and Midcon for all your roofing needs...

Mid Con was doing a big roofing job in our neighborhood so I thought they might be familiar with our cement tile roof which had a leak over our back deck. I spoke with John in the office and he sent Caleb out the next morning!
Caleb was able to correctly patch the roof- no shingles needed and said whoever had ytirr re d to patch it properly did a poor job
I believe he sealed it and do far no leak!
Awesome service and prompt too!!
Highly recommend...
