After talking with many other roofing companies, we decided to go with Russell Exterior and would do it again without hesitation! They are very good at communication, very knowledgeable, very upfront, and honestly treat you like they’ve known you forever. Other companies would come by and wanted to rush everything. They’d barely even take a look at our property before trying to get us to sign something for them. One “local” company refused to even give us an estimate until we signed with them (also telling us we wouldn’t be able to afford any upgrades to our roof). Forrest with Russell Exterior was the complete opposite. He answered any questions we had, walked the roof and took pictures then talked us through what he seen on the pictures, talked us through our options to upgrade and what the benefits would be, it was hands down the best experience. One upgrade discussed was removing our turbines and installing a ridge vent. We ended up going with his recommendation and we’ve already noticed a huge difference since doing this upgrade. Our house maintains the inside temperature so much better than before. Highly recommend this company for any service they are able to provide!! We will definitely be using them again when we are ready to gutter the house!...

Forrest Been stayed in constant contact and handled all of my concerns. He kept me informed about the process every step. And Harvey and his crew did an excellent job on the actual siding and gutter installation. I would highly recommend. I did not reach out to any other companies, so I do not have a price comparison. But, the siding and gutters look great and the crew was very quick and did a good job with clean up....

Russell was persistent in our bidding process and were great with communication. The team on site was wonderful to work with and worked in our timeline despite the 100-112 degree days. They beautifully restored the siding on our 128 year old museum and ensured that it will stand for 100+ more years. They are phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone needing exterior work...

We cannot recommend Forrest Been, Project Manager for Russell Exterior, highly enough.

Our family needed a new roof after a wind and hail claim, but what should have been a simple process turned into a 16-month battle with the insurance company, mortgage company, and attorneys. During that time, my father unexpectedly passed away, creating additional complications because his name was on the insurance check.

Through it all, Forrest was exceptional. He started the roofing project before we had secured the funds, trusting us and never once making us feel pressured or uncomfortable about payment. Instead of constant phone calls asking for money, he showed genuine compassion, patience, and understanding during one of the hardest seasons our family has ever faced.

He was always available when we needed him, met with the insurance and mortgage company representatives during post-inspections, and consistently went above and beyond to help move the process forward. His communication, professionalism, and kindness were second to none.

It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares more about people than the transaction. Forrest did exactly that. His integrity, empathy, and dedication made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to navigate.
