Roof replacements in Blytheville, including a job where Sebastian coordinated with an out-of-state mortgage company for delayed insurance checks and repairs extended to a bathroom ceiling.

From the quote to final payment, it was trouble free. Sebastian was our first contact, he answered [several!] questions before and after the quote, then checked we were satisfied at the final walk-through. The crews showed up as expected, prepared the yards, worked hard without disrupting us, cleaned up and left as if no one was there. Communication was ongoing; we recommend them and will soon look at another of their services....

Sierra Group came yesterday to install my new roof. They got here early 6:30am and began removing the old shingles. The foreman Antonio was very professional. Antonio made sure his crew properly cleaned up after the job was completed. The roof looks very good. Allen was the Sales person that came to do the original estimate he worked with me and gave me affordable options. I also spoke with Yolanda to setup the install, she was always friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof. Thanks....

i contacted the Seirra Group here in blytheville a few months ago and they sent out a young gentleman named Sebastian and when i tell yall he gave us a 100000/10 experience i mean it. he was so nice and professional the whole entire time. we had to wait like two months for our checks to come in the mail from our mortgage company that is out of state which was devastating us, and he always reassured us it would be okay and they will get everything taken care of. he never once ignored or got annoyed with my 1,000 questions i had for him. the crew that came out to do the roof and our bathroom ceiling did and EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!! i definitely recommend contacting them for any needs. i promise you wont regret it. i’ll post pictures of our new roof and before/after of our bathroom ceiling....
