I really like working with Watkins Construction on my roof. I was looking for something a little different to fit the design of my house. Meredith spent plenty of time with me going through roofs and through metal roofs. I could tell Meredith was excited with what we chose. After all of our supplies came in, Chad and his crew came over and worked so hard on my roof. Even in the rain. My roof was a specialty roof so the crew had to learn how to lay it! They did superb specially since it was the first time with this particular roof. We definitely plan on using Watkins construction for more repairs with the house. Thank you so much! I recently used Watkins Construction for a roof repair and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Meredith and Chad were both great to work with. Meredith responded quickly to my initial call and Chad and his team came out the very next day to diagnose and repair a small leak. So, I wanted to give them a 4 stars review at first, however I decided to give them the five because they responded very fast to the mistake they made and apologized. They fixed my roof very fast and professional. The price was good and their responds to my questions and concerns was fast and professional. The only mistake they made was leaving behind a very sharp metal thing in my backyard which it was dangerous for my 7 years old son and my 2 dogs. As soon as I contacted MAT who was my project manager, he apologized and tried very hard to make me feel better. I respect that and that’s why I gave them a 5 stars review. At least they apologized for their mistakes, unfortunately, there are some companies out there which try to blame you for their mistakes and stupidity which is not acceptable at all. They were awesome! I was under a time crunch due to insurance issues and they worked me in within a week of getting my Fortify Alabama grant. Matt and Meredith were awesome and made sure everything went smoothly! The weather did not cooperate yesterday, but they came back this morning and finished it up.
