These other companies did not want to take the job or offered to get someone to do it on the side for extra costs. I finally called Watkins and am so glad I did. Jamie came in our home looked at our issue and never once acted as if this was not worth his time. Jamie took the time to inspect not only the inside where the leak was, he said immediately what it was, but had the equipment to inspect our two story house roof. He was able to see we had a lot of hail damage and got us started on getting a new roof. I filed the claim with my insurance but Watkins handled everything else with the insurance from that point. I received weekly text from Stephanie once the replacement was scheduled to let me know we were still on track and asking if I had any questions. I received calls from Michael to keep me updated with what was happening with insurance, insurance was requiring additional info Watkins handled. Michael was so kind. I was told the week of start date I would be contacted by the site leader and his name Chad. Chad was a joy to talk with and he explained everything so well. The roofers were very nice and considerate of my home. They worked fast and did a wonderful job! Chad provided daily pictures of the work being done and kept me updated. I always felt I could text/call him any time. Watkins was a breath of fresh air while talking and working with during this time. Kristopher Myers says: „I want to thank Brad and Andrew for all their help with my new roof in the aftermath of Hurricane Sally. I was a little skeptical going into the insurance process since this was my first time dealing with home owners insurance on this level. Andrew answered all of my questions and kept me up to date through the entire insurance ordeal. Never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me a roof. I always felt like he cared about my problem. Once my claim was approved and deposited, I contacted Andrew and they showed up to replace my roof within the week and had it installed about 2 days later.
Brad was great too. He was onsite for the entire process, from tear down to punch list. If I had questions about why or when something was happening , he took the time to explain it in layman's terms. If he didn't know the answer, he found out and got back to me right away. He was always genuine and understanding. When Brad wasn't answering questions, he was pushing the magnet around the yard and driveway picking up nails. Even the installers were friendly and took time to answer specific questions that I had. A couple days after completion, Brad called to check on things and brought the magnet by one more time to run through the yard.
All in all, it was a great experience. Our roof is beautiful and fortified (we got our certificate about 2 weeks ago) and sure to stand up to the next big storm. I'm not saying I want to go through the process again anytime soon, but if I do, I am calling Super Roofers...“ Show more
