I recently had a great experience with Hans Heating and Air. How quickly they were able to get to us was much appreciated in this hot month of August! Cash, the technician, was outstanding—professional, thorough, and efficient. He quickly figured out what was wrong with my HVAC system, did a full tune-up, and got everything running smoothly in no time. The service was prompt, and I was really relieved to get cooled down right away. I was so impressed that I decided to sign up for their membership plan, which includes maintenance twice a year. I highly recommend Hans Heating and Air for their excellent service. Five stars...

I called Han's Heating & Air last Thursday and James came out the same day to provide assistance. My a/c unit went completely out and he went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. Called them out for service and water backing up in system. Hans came out service unit told me outside need unit need cleaning, did preventative maintenance and said he unstoppable drain. Water was running on floor again called after hours left message with call service representative no one called back. I called again around 9:00 pm got a call back from servicer he stated it was my drain needed to be replaced. Told he to remove the kill switch and that will prevent unit from turning off. Didn't work. He also told me they change 135.00 to correct design of drain. They came out redid drain that didn't work another service technician came out said the second guy didn't do the drain correctly he fixed something but I still had the issue with water backing up they came out a fourth time told me it was the house drain I needed a plumber. They poorly design a drain I didn't need that looks like something a 5 year old did...

We experienced complete failure of our air system, beginning with a leak in the air handler in the attic, and eventually the compressor and fan in the outside unit. Zac and Braxton were the consummate professionals, especially removing and replacing the unit in the attic in the 100 degree heat!! And, responding to the outside unit failure after hours to keep the young family comfortable for the night, until the unit replacement could be completed the next day.
