Peter at prime sent two Excellent gentleman that come out to service our unit. Showed us everything that was wrong and where the problem is on the detector. No hidden fee’s or prices. Offered a service plan at an affordable rate monthly or yearly to come out every 6 months to service our unit. Meanwhile, a 15% discount in any service they perform while on the plan.
