We chose Yellow Hammer because We saw so many great reviews online. Our sales person Timothy Keener was exceptionally good providing all the details before making our decision. The crew showed up early and worked the entire day with only a lunch break and completed that evening including cleaning up the yard. The next day Timothy showed up with a magnet to find any nails in the yard and pickup the remaining supplies. The roof looks great!!!! Very satisfied and recommend Yellow Hammer!...

From the first handshake to the final walk around, Grady and Yellowhammer made this potentially stressful occasion simply a breeze. The entire job took 11 1/2 hours…you read that correctly, half a day…with a lunch break!!! The estimates, coupled their coordination with the insurance company and sub contractors, were on time and error free. Grady was timely with his pre and post work communications and never failed to inform me of the processes for the re-shingling. The quality of the materials was only surpassed by the the professionalism and craftsmanship of the workers and quality control reps. The job exceeded our expectations. Yellowhammer Roofing, and specifically, Carlos Fullenwider, came to our family’s rescue after the May 8, 2024, storm. We, literally, had waterfalls and rivers of water flowing down our three-story home’s interior and exterior of walls in seven rooms, ceilings in five, and pooling in our basement garage. We called early the next morning and Carlos was at our home almost immediately. The confidence, knowledge, empathy, and compassion he showed my family, and I were critical in helping us feel moored. Carlos sat with us, walked us through the immediate needs, like tarping the area, through us choosing a roofing company, roofing options, and he even suggested that we increase the number of attic exhaust fans from the single large one we had to three smaller, solar ones that provided more even coverage. It was Carlos who let us know that the first “restoration company” we brought in wasn’t doing the job properly, so despite losing almost five weeks with that company’s monkeying around, we were able to be back on track. He genuinely treated us like family. When the day came for work to begin Carlos was there bright and early to introduce me to the crew chief and made it clear that we needed a safe path to be able to walk our dogs outside. Between Carlos and Willie, the work proceeded with very little hiccups. Because our roof is so large, they ended up having to tarp come back a second day, and when we walked them through all of the areas that we had found leaks and pointed out the water stains now in our bedroom, Willie immediately rectified each issue. Again, our roof is HUGE and out of the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of nails we have found only SIX to date (07/22/24.) Had our yard not been torn up from the foundation repairs, Yellowhammer Roofing, Carlos, Willie, and his crew would have left our yard looking as gorgeous as it once was, needless to say our yard was immaculate...
