What Happened 

After dealing with a leaky roof and skylight for years, Andy finally saved enough money to hire a contractor. The work was completed and everything went according to plan– until the first time it rained. 

Water came pouring in through Andy’s new roof and skylight, which hadn’t been sealed properly. He contacted the roofer and they made several attempts to repair it, eventually blaming the problem on the skylight manufacturer. When the leaks continued, Andy reached out to Directorii for help.
