Giovanni was the only estimate who told us how he planned to repair around the window. He even placed a temporary patch under the window to prevent further water damage before we had chosen GRP Construction to replace our roof. We did not feel that there was any excessive sales pressure. Giovanni was able to secure the roofing material in the color of our choice quickly despite shortages of materials. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the entire roofing process. The crew was very well organized and everyone seemed to know their role. It was a very well run operation from start to finish. Tarps were put down to catch debris during the tear off. There was ongoing cleanup throughout the entire process, and they were constantly sweeping magnets around the entire area to catch roofing nails. The cleanup was immaculate at the end of both days. Giovanni kept us updated with the job by sending photos to show us the status. Giovanni went above and beyond to do a very professional job and to do it right. Putting a new roof on a house is a big investment, especially on a large 2 story house. It can be difficult to find a roofing contractor who is honest, trustworthy, and professional. Mark, the owner/president, answered all of my questions quickly and provided great advices during our roof installation. The project manager was on site the entire installation and communicated to include ensuring no debris was falling on heads as we entered and exited throughout the day. Even the material delivery guys took care to not damage the branches hanging over the driveway. While it took A&M an extra trip, I really appreciated them doing this. The estimate was the best one out of the five others we shopped around the Springfield area. But what really sold me was the communication.
