"The Columbia crew were fast and technically superior. They did a full and very complete job. The old roof had been there about 20 years, so it was time. They throroughly inspected every inch and we replaced about 7 sheets of CDX. All of the flashing was removed and replaced with new and properly placed and caulked We also added new drip edge on all of the eaves. All of the cheap, trashy, leaking vent stacks were replaced with permanent, heavy duty boots. Columbia's technical expertise coupled with the use of high end Owens Corning Duration shingles and synthetic underlayment buttoned up this house nicely and absolutely should last the remainder of my lifetime. If there is ever a problem though, my roof is protected by the OC warranty, which is the best in the industry. Erwin Serrano, the owner and project manager was outstanding. He was incredibly generous with his time and a stickler for detail work. He managed complex workflows like a seasoned professional. He has great follow through and leaves nothing to chance. I feel we were lucky to meet and have him personally supervise this tear-off and roof installation. Thanks guys! Have a terrific holiday season."

Kanga Roof worked with my insurance adjuster to get everything replaced that had any damage and I'm very pleased with the job that they did. The only delay was removing the solar panels since it was Tesla and needed a Tesla certified crew to do it so my warranty would good. Monday, remove solar, Tuesday, remove and replace roof, Wednesday, crew to install new gutters, Thursday, solar crew back to replace solar panels. "I called Arch Exteriors because of the excellent reviews I read and that they are a smaller company that has remained very competitive in their pricing. I was absolutely “blown away” by their , all too rare, personal customer service and the top quality of their work. I replaced an old, drafty sliding glass door in my kitchen. I elected to replace the door with a door that has a wood look on the interior. Arch Exteriors also replaced and stained to match the entire frame around this door.(picture below). My finished door is truly gorgeous, slides so smoothly, and my kitchen is significantly warmer now without my old drafty door. Arch Exteriors also replaced the exterior peeling wood on the outside bottom of the bay window in my dining room. This completed project is better than I had ever expected. They framed the entire area and covered it in vinyl siding so it is virtually maintenance free.( picture below) Arch also repaired a column on my front porch that a woodpecker had attacked. After purchasing my ProVia windows,I was contacted to review measurements and given a timeline for installation. Everything was as explained and installation was on point. They arrived on time with little to no interruption to my life other than being available, installation, clean-up and explanation of all features such as the different mechanisms for opening, closing and washing of the windows. "We used this company the last time (2002) so were comfortable with the process. The estimator spent an hour walk through the attic and on the roof to survey the work. Then he gave us several options, of which we picked the mid-level job. He then gave a quote with all the work and materials detailed. We submitted an online deposit several days later. About four weeks we received notice that a team would be at the house to replace the roof. I prepared the attic with tarps because the estimator showed me several plywood sheets that would need to be replaced. The foreman and workers were great. We had a second crew to replace the gutter guards and do the final cleanup. We're very happy with the result. We didn't get other quotes for comparison."
