After months of overwhelm and frustration trying to work with the home owners' insurance, I stumbled upon Buffalo Roofing. We had aluminum siding that needed a total replacement due to a portion being torn off during the snowstorm and the aluminum siding being original to the house- it was no longer being manufactured. I called multiple companies, between calls not being returned and those being returned stating they couldn't assist and no support from the insurance company it was like being in upside down world. I ended up contacting a local building supply company, Airtite Wholesale. After hearing my dilema they referred me to Mitchell at Buffalo Roofing. Mitchell contacted me right away and linked me with Tyler. Tyler was an insurance liason guru! He handled everything with ease and efficency! Each Buffalo Roofing member showed the same efficiency and effectiveness! It's no easy task picking a "forever" color for your home! Everyone was so informative, helpful and reassuring. Mitchell stayed in contact via phone and in person throughout the entire process! Donny and the crew were impressive! These guys worked on the HOTTEST days- remember those scorchers in May?! These guys were doing a total tear off of aluminum and piled it for us to return to the scrap yard. They installed everything beautifully- stayed in contact with me throughout the process and gave guidance when asked. These guys have great talent in their craft and great customer service! They were respectful of our home, time, children and pets. On the day of completion (the entire project took only a few days- we expected weeks from what we'd seen other companies do in the neighborhood) we celebrated by having burgers with the crew! We were very happy with our experience and love the way it turned out! Our neighbors like it too- we are still getting complements! I'm looking forward to enjoying it in all the years to come, especially seeing how great it is in all the seasons- like when the window AC units get taken out or the Christmas lights go up. I know my home will be warm and dry because of the hard work that their team did today. In August 2017, I bought a home. My first home, and being a First-Time home owner, I didn’t know a lot about roofing. From the outside everything looked perfect. The existing shingles where in “good shape” and everything seemed to be right as rain.. Until it rained, heavily… for days… a year later in October 2018… And then I realized that the roof wasn’t so perfect after all and I had a huge problem. Water.. everywhere! A home owners nightmare. Waking up in the middle of the night terrified that water was pouring in, months of worry and stress taking its tole. I thought, who was I going to trust to educate and not rip off a new and young First-Time home owner? How would I know that these strangers would have my best interest at heart, know that they would treat my home like their own? I didn’t, and wasn’t sure who that could be… So I asked a close friend, a fellow First-Time home owner and they highly recommended Noble Roofing. They too used Noble Roofing for their roof back in the spring of 2018 and was 100% satisfied. So I gave them a call, and I heard back right away. When I met with Matt, I just felt this sense of ease, like I knew that these professionals would do an honest and clean job. I knew that it was another home owner sitting in my living room, telling me his own experience with installing a roof and the right way it should be done. He came to my home, sat with me for an hour or so and walked me through the roof buying process in great detail. Matt was very thorough, going through all the shingle options available, telling me different choices I had and why I should stay away from others or why I should choose the ones I eventually purchased for my home. He even walked me through the other four quotes I had in my hand, showing me the benefits of some of their options, and warning me of the others that would cause an issue in the distant future.. It was for that reason, I choose Noble Roofing.. for their honesty and respect. They were willing to educate their customer over getting the sale, give them the option to choose them not because they felt pressured or it was the “best deal” in the business but because the customer felt like it was the right fit. The customer would know she was being treated with respect and would get the best service they could offer, as if it was their own home they were working on. And coming home today, I know that is exactly what I received.. the best work they could deliver! The cleanup is impeccable, it doesn’t even look like they were here! I came home at lunch to see the well trained staff, cleaning up as they go along, smiles on their faces as they greeted me waving Hello. It gave me peace in my heart, knowing they enjoyed their job and would treat my home with respect and it shows in their workmanship. Anthony was a saving grace, multiple times he would take the time to speak with me over the phone about my concerns during the long winter months, waiting to install my long awaited roof. Answering all my questions, and today, explaining everything that went on during the job, letting me know how the wood under my roof had held up under all that water leakage, and ensuring me that the structure was safe and sound. Because of Noble Roofing, I will sleep soundly tonight, knowing that when it rains, my home is safe.
