Roofs Only is one the best and most professional business I have worked with.  My home in Manor suffered roof damage from hail, wind, and rain.  Jake Mullin came highly recommended and so he walked me step by step with work proposal and plans.  We had a very detailed Zoom meeting where he explained all aspects of the job.  I am most grateful for his guidance in matters related to claiming the damages to my home insurance carrier and meeting them at the site. What he charged me for a complete roof replacement is very competitive.  Jake is a wonderful person and displays a high skill level when it comes to customer service.  In addition, he provided a live cam view of the work being performed and before and after pics that my home insurance carrier will use in their report.  Go with Roofs Only...it's a no brainer...

Zach and the entire team at Roofs Only 1 were fantastic.  Zach worked with my insurance company, walked me through all the options, reviewed all plans and issues, hired a solar company to remove and re-install panels and completed the job as discussed.  Great communication and follow-up.  Jake came by at the end of the day to review the project and ensure my total satisfaction.  I highly recommend this company.  Thank you for the great service...

We had a long recovery due to a huge hail storm that was centered in my neighborhood. Jake was referred to me by my boss, and so I gave him a go. He immediately sent his guys over to prevent further damage from the holes in my roof, and boarded up all the windows. I was concerned with sharp glass edges from the inside of my windows and he immediately made it safe for my kids. My insurance co was the worst thing to ever happen, and Jake took over communications with them and made an amazing detailed  package for repairs needed and with months of him battling, we finally settled with insurance. Thanks for your patience Jake, my roof, gutters, outside paint, siding, inside kitchen looks great! Like a new house...

We initially got a quote from a different roofing company and really did not feel comfortable moving forward - this first roofing company did not explain things well and wanted our entire insurance payment up-front. huge red flag. I found RoofsOnly and upon calling, Jake (the owner) answered me on the first ring while standing on a roof... After explaining our situation with the first roofing company and our experience he said he would stop by our home. Not only did he stop by our house, he did so on his day off and went out of his way to visit us in the late evening on his way out of town. After visiting with him, we felt completely comfortable and at ease. He took the time to explain everything to us in a clear manner and his company offered us way more than the previous company did, and for LESS. We did not pay a penny until the materials were sitting in our driveway and we didn't pay the full amount until the job was done - this company is the real deal and isn't a scam artist like other companies out there... The work was knocked out within two days and we were thoroughly impressed. From the communication, constant updates, and the owner being on-site, we had no issues. The only constructive feedback I COULD give is to have the roofers be a little more mindful with plants during DEMO, BUT our plants weren't messed up too bad and plants grow back. Overall, very impressed and would use them ten times over again...
