In May of 2024, we had this company out to our home to upgrade the insulation in our attic.  Little did we know how unprofessional they would be.....
We called an hvac company to come and replace our air handler and while it was being replaced, it was recommended that we upgrade the insulation in our attic,  The air handler gets replaced, the insulation gets blown. All is good....so we thought.    Almost immediatly after the insulation was blown, we started to notice water stains on our ceiling, so we called the hvac company out to look at it and they claim the insulation people wreaked havoc when blowing the insulation.  Drain Lines were clogged with insulation, the drain pan was knocked unlevel, the drain lines leading out of the house were knocked unlevel, causing water to back flow into the emergency drain pan, overflowing our attic and causing drywall damage on our ceiling.
Multiple times during Compass' insulation project, one or both of the installers dropped the "F" bomb  along with many other inappropriate words. When we mentioned this to them in our email, they excused it by saying "attic work is a hot and laborious job". Interestingly enough, the hvac company worked in that same attic, with the same heat and never once did we hear inappropriate language. No customer wants to hear their contractors complaining about their own job.
The hvac project was inspected by a state inspector and signed off on.
We emailed Compass explaing the situation and asked that they pay for the drywall damage, they emailed back, refusing to take any responsibility, saying it was all the hvac company's fault. Meanwhile, we have a cracked, water damaged  ceiling and soaked insulation sitting in our attic and somehow this is our problem?? And as you can see by his response, tries blaming the homeowner. How dare he say we ghosted him for his services, he was paid immediately after the job was done, that same day. By the way...."dope" is legal and we can smoke as much of it as we please in our own home! That doesn't mean we refused to pay the bill. Your anger over a legal substance and trying to say wrong didn't pay is just more dishonesty on your part. I'll be sure to post this review and your ignorant response about our "rummage" sale home and "clownshow" attic on my personal page so everyone knows not to hire your company...

I cannot say enough good things about this company!! We hired Compass Exteriors Roofing for a small roofing project. Our main point of contact was Kyle. From getting the estimate, planning the job, and carrying out the project, he was professional, reliable, and courteous. As were all of his crew members. He listened to what we wanted, and planned it out in great detail making sure to address all of our concerns. It turned out just as we had imagined, and we really appreciate all the hard work he put into it. We would definitely use him again in the future!! :...

Compass Exteriors Roofing did a fantastic job with installing a new house roof, skylight, and new back porch roof. They all look great. Kyle (sales rep/owner) was very helpfull in meeting our material needs, scheduling the work, and providing a quality job for a affordable price. I can't say enough about the work crew either. They worked non-stop until the job was completed which included clean-up. Great job guys! Will definetly recommend this company....

I contacted Compass due to a leak in my roof, Kyle came out the next day and inspected the roof and identified a couple of possible sources for the leak, he showed me the problems and we had a quick discussion on how to correct the issues a couple of ways. We decided that I would make the corrections myself, but since the corrections are fairly minor he offered to correct them for me at NO CHARGE! Can you believe that in these days. I just want to say Thank You Again ...
