RENU Renovations LLC launched as a company in 2014. Prior to that, for several years I was part of two roofing companies that operated as a partnership. After being a part of that, I knew that this was something I wanted to pursue. My vision was to have WORKMANSHIP not multimillions sales to be the focus. I wanted to be able to use better quality materials and accessories to go along with doing a higher level of general workmanship. Taking every part of the roof system into consideration and putting together a system for each client that met their specific needs and situation. I have found that all but a few of my clients want a roof that stands the test of time and the STORM. This has affected who the manufactures I partnered with are. Partners with the longevity, not short-term profitability in mind. Delivering a better end-product for the client. Many roofing contractors know that pushing through jobs quickly produces the highest levels of income. Pushing through jobs quickly, often means A lot of things get covered up that will not be an issue for 10-15 years but will most likely end up as an expensive repair at that point. Our goal is to remain flexible enough to deal with these "Surprises" left to us from the previous roofing company. Since many attics have limited or no access this happens much more frequently than I wish it would. We try to take the entire roof system and ventilation system into consideration, using only double baffled and non-filtered so that everything can work together, without clogging and voiding warranties...
