MHI came out the same day I made the first contact. Christian inspected the entire roof, took pictures of the damage, and explained everything that needed to be done. He showed me the materials that were going to be used, how each thing worked, and why. He was thorough, considerate, friendly, and professional. He gave me several options to choose from regarding the type of work and costs. Christian knows his stuff when it comes to roofs!

Thanks to Bella especially, and others for being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service representatives.

Thanks to Steve (project manager), and Jordan and Fabian (roof crew) for doing an excellent job on my partial roof replacement. It looks great! I'm very happy with their work. They cleaned up everything afterward and ran a magnet over the yard a few times to make sure all the nails were picked up.

And last, but certainly not least, a big thank you to Jay at Supreme Trailer Rentals (dumpster trailer) for being so friendly, and making customer service his top priority.

I highly recommend MHI for all of your roof repair and replacement needs. You won't be sorry. Everyone involved in the project made me feel good about their work, professionalism, and customer relations...

The entire experience was wonderful. The crew was awesome and were efficient and professional. They cleaned up so well you wouldn’t know a new roof was installed.

Once they have your money you’re dead to them. It’s really that simple. They did a job for me about seven years ago and they’re still causing me problems. I called about 2 weeks after the job to address some questions I had. After I tried to make a few calls I practically had to beg someone to give me five minutes of their time over the phone. They didn’t offer to come out and take a look to double-check the work was done properly.

Seven years later it’s the same thing. I want them to come out and evaluate the roof and any repairs needed. I’ve explained this is NOT a warranty claim. I want them to quote any repairs. I left my information with them FIVE times. That’s five phone calls over two weeks. Someone just called me today and wanted to come by in about 2 hours. That short of a notice doesn’t work (in the middle of the work day no less). I called to figure out another day and his phone was off and voicemail not set up. It would be comical if it wasn’t so frustrating. It’s been 3 weeks since I first called them.

The salesman will fawn over you and butter you up until you sign that check. If you need something after that they’ll nod along with your concerns over the phone and then hope you get frustrated and go away. They want new, lucrative jobs and nothing else, at least that’s how they’ve presented themselves to each and every time I’ve dealt with them...
