I want to appreciate Crafted Exterior Services for their quality of work! We are in Inwood,WV. They had our old roof off and a new one installed 2 days after giving us their estimate! Their employees are top-notch and very professional. The biggest value with Crafted Exterior Services, though, is Wes and Courtney! They are wonderful folks to deal with and are very hands-on throughout the replacement. I can't say enough good about how much they truly care about ensuring customer satisfaction, even coming out after hours to address any concerns that we had and ensuring that we would be happy about the finished product! I am extremely happy with the new roof that Wes and his team installed on my house. The work was done quickly and efficiently - taking off the old roof and installing the new in one day and cleaning it all up afterwards. The price was competitive and the materials are excellent.

Customer service was great. Wes was very helpful with product decision and during the installation process. Honestly, the entire process could not have been better.

I also had a solar fan installed for the garage - it will be so nice to  have all that hot air exiting the garage this summer.

Last month, Crafted Exterior replaced my twenty year-old gutters. They came out and provided an estimate that was below two-other local businesses doing the same work.
Wes and his team of professionals did an exceptional job by rerouting the downspouts from two locations on the roof. Not only was the job completed on-time but was professionally installed. I had no idea that gutters came in different colors. My house is black-n-white so I chose the black six inch gutters which makes my house pop.

Just got our new roof from Crafted Exterior Services.
I have to say raving about a new roof seems odd as you can’t drive it or vacation on it.
But it was a necessary item the experience was exceptional, and the price was competitive. We set a date the materials were delivered on time the crew started on time. During the process they were very professional answered any questions we had. The entire crew was polite kept the area as clean as possible as they were replacing the roof and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. We are very happy with the roof and gutters and would use Crafted Exterior Services for other services if need.
