We recently had a new roof and siding completed by Look Family Exteriors and we were very please. When we first called to get an estimate Chad came gave us an estimate and we were able to sign our contract the same week! They also stuck to the original
Time frame we were given. There were a couple times prior to work being started at our house that we had questions and both Chad and his wife got back to us within that same morning.  All the workers were very nice and left our property very clean once renovations were complete. Both were great to work with and we are very pleased with the outcome! Thank you Look Family...

Working with Look Family Exteriors was really nice. The whole process was really simple. They sent out someone to look at our roof, assess the need, and quote us the cost for the roof. ZERO pressure involved. The quote was incredibly reasonable. They sent us the quote and contract via email to look over. Their contract touches on every installation point I could think of from ridge vents, to your pets. It discusses the process, and sets expectations really well. When we were deciding on colors they sent us a ton of pictures of installations they'd done so we could see the real colors on a real roof. All of the communication was timely and super nice. They gave us a rough date of installation and called when they said they would to schedule the installation. They did exactly what they said they would. Their team came out and installed the roof in a day, were very careful to tarp all around to catch debris, and also to run a magnet over the ground everywhere, to pick up any nails or metal. They even picked up some marbles that were in the driveway. Zero complaints. The roof looks good, and the gutters work great...
