We couldn’t be happier with the work done by ZP Construction on our house. We had a full exterior renovation including new siding, a new roof, and doors, and the results are amazing.
The team made the entire process incredibly smooth, especially when dealing with our insurance issues—they handled all the red tape expertly.
Every person on the crew was professional, kind, and respectful of our home. They did a great job, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. A special shout-out to the owner, Zach who was patient and communicative and dealt with me and all my calls and questions throughout the entire project never once was he anything but kind.
We highly recommend ZP Construction to anyone needing reliable, high-quality home improvement services. They truly delivered above and beyond our expectations...

Highly recommend!!!! We discussed options, concerns, improvements, etc. Zach was very informative, never pushy, and gave us great products to choose from. He understood my safety concerns that I experienced with previous contractors leaving nails, caulk, etc in the back yard where my pets are. He assured me 100% that there would not be an issue and my home and dogs would be protected. I had my doubts but I was blown away. They use a screening fabric to wrap the entire house, garage, deck, yard etc!!! It was very impressive!! They had the roof torn off in hour and half, and both roofs done in 1 day! The owner Zach was there at the start, middle and end of the job. Did a final walk through and made sure I was happy with EVERYTHING! Zach asked me if it was what I expected. I have to say no, they went beyond my expectations and even sent me a drone photo of my roof! Think I have the best looking one in the neighborhood now! Thankyou ZP construction! You and your crew are amazing!...
