I had a total tear off down to the Rafters. Took them a day and half.  Had the roof decking on and 2/3 of the roof shingled on the 1st day. Very impressed with the crew. Friendly workers answered all I asked and let me inspect the work after laying the sheets down (Issue is I had in the past of gaps). Looks great. Contact with the installation manager was easy, along with the roofing crew site manager. Very impressed...

Was watching ex wife’s pets while she was on vacation a week after they re did her roof. They did a poor job of cleaning up the nails from the gutters and after a very heavy rainstorm, they all washed down and into the drive way. I pulled in to check on the animals and on my return from getting her mail, I saw a huge pile of nails that washed down the sown spouts. Checked my tires and found 2 nails in my tire that had less than a 1k on them. Contacted their home office numerous times after submitting the cost of a new tire (was told the nail was too close together and to close to the side wall by Tires Plus) and also provided photos of the tire and pile of nails. Many calls in to get reimbursed , was told it was going to a manager, blah blah. Finally got sick of phone calls and stopped in person at their office in the Neenah area. I was told the manger would get to the bottom of this and even said he’d “offer me a couple of gift cards for my trouble”. I just want the $341 for my tire due to their incompetence and laziness to clean up the job site properly. It’s been over a year and still nothing. I was told by the manager that corporate is maybe disputing the cost of the tire… more BS. At least man up and take responsibility...

No soliciting includes hand delivered junk mail to my mailbox, a potential federal offense for tampering with my mail, as well as soliciting when it's clearly signed not to. We just had these wind storms rip through and you vultures think you're really clever...
