Was looking forward to working with James and his company. We made an appt for him to stop by and give me an estimate, he didn't show up. He returned my call the next day apologizing, rescheduled and said I was his top priority that day because he felt bad for the no show. He didn't show up again! I find it funny that his voicemail states how important his customers are to him, he certainly doesn't show it. I got a lot of lip service but no actual service...
