Very pleased with the work performed by KR Exteriors’s team. They were able to assist with requesting permits and were always very willing to answer any questions or concerns. It’s been over a year since my mother had her deck completely redone and it looks just as beautiful as it did when they first finished the project. Their attention to detail and clear knowledge of their work is incredible. Will for sure be contacting KR Exteriors for any future projects! 10/10 recommend...

KR Exteriors and Kelvin in particular were great to work with! We had them install a temporary construction driveway for our new build house and will definitely be hiring them again to complete the project down the line. They were professional, explained everything and made sure we knew exactly what we were paying for, and did it all for a great price. They got the job done in a few hours and we were very happy with the work. Kelvin made sure it met our expectations and followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied. All in all, they are an honest company who does great work and we look forward to using them in the future...

I contracted Kelvin, the owner, of KR Estates / KR Exteriors in early February of 2024 for an expensive home addition after being connected through Houzz. Pre sales communication was great but after we paid a 25k+ deposit, communication was spotty at best. I would definitely recommend Kelvin and KR Exteriors. I recently purchased my first home and needed to get a deck built. I reached out to a lot of companies including KR Exteriors. Not only was KR Exteriors the cheapest option, but also the fastest option as they were ready to fit me into their schedule while other companies were telling me it would be 5-6 months before they could start working. Kelvin is extremely responsive and will be genuine with you about what he thinks is best for YOU. The deck was built SO FAST (4.5 days total) and looks amazing. They even cleaned up the yard below with some mulching at no extra cost...
