We had our 20 year old hot water heater go out unexpectedly, ARS was able to give me a quote the same day and we scheduled for the next morning. Our tech was Josh  Stefaniak and he was exceptional. He was polite, professional and proficient. Once the equipment arrived they worked quickly and we couldn’t be happier! 10/10 would absolutely use again...

My experience today with the technician Josh and ARS was amazing!
The receptionist was polite, professional, and found a way to provide service the same day!

Josh the technician upon entering my home immediately put on shoe covers and wasted no time fixing the problem!

Our AC stopped working last night. ARS arrived at 3:10 the next day. Ryan looked at the system and right away saw the problem It was a clogged tube. An easy fix. He was very friendly and I stayed and watched him unclog it in case it happens again. Been living at my house for 37 yrs and that never happened before.  Probably will not happen again...
