Oct-2019 this company replaced two levels of our home roof. There was NO water leaks before the new roof installation. The roof was replaced due to age and to stimulate air flowing. Nov-2020 first leak was repair. Nov/Dec-2021 second leak was repaired. Jun-2021 same leak kept appearing, but now the whole wall needs to be replaced due to drywall damage. Since the roof was installed in 2019 we cannot use those rooms waiting for the rooms to be painted. St. Joseph advised to wait until no more water leaks. When we paid for the new roof we asked and paid for the best materials and labor, but so far we do not see good results. We may be already having mold problems because of the poor but expensive job that we contracted.

Jun-Jul/2022 Andy from St Joseph, managing the claims that we made while suffered in care our home, did a professional follow up and supervision over Alex -the installer crew’s supervisor- .
