We were more than impressed with Douglas Roofing. After a leak was found they were able to come out and help identify the issue. Once we got our claim in with insurance they were prompt and responsive in getting it all done as quickly as they could. We were in great hands with Nick. He was able to get his crew out in between two snow storms and it worked out perfectly! The crew was amazing. Fast and thorough especially with the clean up which was very appreciated. I enthusiastically recommend Douglas Roofing.  I was impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. Jake and Steven explained the process clearly, helped expedite my insurance claim and gave an accurate time table of when to expect things to happen. Halley was very knowledgeable about the various replacement materials and helped us decide which ones would look best. Doug Rimel called to introduce himself and let us know when to expect the crew. He was able to answer a few last minute questions. He and Nick then followed up during and after the roofing was finished to make sure everything was done correctly and that we were satisfied.
